Eligibility criteria:
Age Limit :Age Relaxation and Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per Government Guidelines. Organization's own employees will be entitled to age relaxation, subject to the condition that as on last date of receipt of application, the candidate should have at least 5 years of service left. **2 Vacancies are reserved for PH (1-OH (Backlog) & 1 -VH). The Backlog vacancy of OH is Exchangeable among 3 sub category of PH. ***5 Vacancies are reserved for PH (2-OH, 1-VH, 2-HH). Out of 2 vacancy of HH, 1 is Backlog vacancy which may be filled by interchange among 3 sub category of PH.

Educational Qualification :
- For Management Trainee : Degree with 1st Class of MBA or pass in Final Examination of Institute of chartered Accountants of India.
- For Accountant : B.Com or B.A (Commerce) or CA or Costs and Work Accountants or SAS accountants of the Indian Audit and Accountant department.
- For Jr. Technical Assistant : Degree in Agriculture or a degree with zoology, chemistry, Bio- Chemistry as one of the subject.
- For Assistant Engineer : Degree in Civil Engineering
Selection Process :
On All India basis through Objective type written test on respective subjects and aptitude of the standard of the educational qualification prescribed for each post followed by Personal Interview. On qualifying the Written Test and Interview, selected candidates for post code nos. 01, 02 will be appointed as "Management Trainees" in their respective fields. The selected Accountants and JTAs under Post no 03 & 04 will be appointed in the Pay Scale of Rs.16400 - 40500 (IDA) and Rs.10500 - 28690 (IDA) respectively. The selected Assistant Engineers under Post No. 05 will be appointed in the Pay Scale of Rs.16400 -40500 (IDA), and their seniority will be fixed in civil stream after amendment of recruitment rules.
