National Institute of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR) invites applications for admissions to its full time on campus programmes for academic year 2014.
Programmes offered
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM):Offered from Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses
Eligibility Criteria : Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria :Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) :Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria : Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM) :Offered from Pune Campus
This multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector,infrastructure financing & investment organisations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management.
Eligibility Criteria :Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria :Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria :Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
(Final year students can also apply for Sr. Nos. 1 to 6)
Expected admission test centres: - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune
Admission procedure
Selection of students is made by the Selection Committee. Admissions work is handled centrally at Pune Campus. Those interested in admission to the programme have to apply online, pay fees and upload documents through our website: www.nicmar.ac.in or download the application form from website and send it to the Head, Admissions, NICMAR Pune, along with the application fee and required documents mentioned in the application form within the specified date. All enclosures must be submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
All applications for admission are scrutinised and eligibility is established on the basis of documents submitted.
All eligible candidates will be invited to undergo the selection procedure, which comprises of Written Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Rating of Application.
